The second painted copy of this mold was going to be fantasy because reasons! (aka because I love fantasy critters) 😂

You can see the yellow show up a bit more on the white and tan backgrounds and the red hues show up on the black. I think real life is closest to the white background, but the red is a little brighter in person. (It’s a hard set of colors to capture well.)

Sleeping Foxes are a roughly 1-inch circle. The foxes are coated with several layers of gloss sealer, so you can wipe them clean with a damp cloth… but they probably shouldn’t go for a swim!

My resin magnets are hand-cast in from a handmade silicone mold of my own sculpture. Thus no two will be exactly alike! I’m still learning how to make molds and how to resin cast, so things aren’t perfect (yet) and I’ve tried to show off any flaws in the photos.

The magnets used are small round ceramic magnets and they are normally strong enough to hold up paper on a swinging door, but not cardstock. As you can see, this one was cast before I build the magnet leveling jig, so the magnet is flush with the resin instead of being raised.

Sleepy Foxes come in a small plastic bag with a handmade tag, but you can add an optional handmade cardstock gift box. They make a cute little gift or stocking stuffer for a fox-crazy human!
