This listing is for a handpainted black and white reindeer Christmas ornament. The resin ornament was painted in acrylics and sealed in a matte finish (the stars and eyes are glossy).

While real reindeer do come in black, they look a bit less like tuxedo cats! 🤣  I was just having a bit of fun with this one, but if you’re looking for a more realistic color, check out his brown and white siblings.

The ornament is completely handmade! It was sculpted by me in Super Sculpey Firm, I created the OOMOO 30 mold, and I cast them in white Amazing Casting Resin.

It currently has a thin blue ribbon, but this is easily removed. The resin is quite sturdy, so you should be able to use it with any ornament hooks you already have.

The reindeer ornaments weigh an average of 0.8oz, are approximately 3.25 inches tall and 2.25 inches wide. They are roughly 1/8th of an inch thick at the body, but most of the ornament is around 1/4th of an inch or less.

Medium: Liquitex White Gesso, Apple Barrel Acrylics (21386 Arbor Green, 20523 Kelly Green, 20529 Christmas Green, 20225 Bright Blue, 21484 Admiral Blue, 20504 Black), FolkArt Acrylics (667 Gunmetal Gray, 485 Raw Umber), and DecoArt Americana Acrylics (DA093 Raw Sienna, DA242 Fawn).
