Description

This is a premade sand base with an attached dressage fence in 1:32 scale (Breyer Stablemate). The base is too small to be used for photo showing and is meant for display purposes only. (Note: The horses shown are not included, this listing is for one circle base.)

The base is a 3×5 rectangle with french corners and the fence is attached right against the edge, so it doesn’t take up too much room.

The wooden base is sanded, painted black and tan, finished in a slightly glossy matte sealer, and then covered with decor sand. The sand is attached in multiple layers with a mixture of water and Elmer’s glue. The base has been through several tap and wind tests to make sure it’s pretty sturdy.

An additional bag of sand is included in case the base is ever damaged. The sand can be attached with a mixture of water and Elmer’s glue. Instructions on how to repair the base (and how it was made) can be found here.

The base will ship in a handmade cardstock box that can be used for storage. The box has one flap that can be curled to hold the base and another to help protect the fence.
