Buffy the Vampire Slayer follows Buffy Summers, the latest in a line of young women known as “Vampire Slayers”, or simply “Slayers”. Slayers are “called” (chosen by fate) to battle against vampires, demons, and other forces of darkness. This mystical calling endows her with dramatically increased physical strength, endurance, agility, accelerated healing, intuition, and a limited degree of clairvoyance, usually in the form of prophetic dreams. Buffy receives training and guidance from her Watcher, Rupert Giles. Unlike her predecessors, Buffy surrounds herself with a circle of loyal friends who become known as the “Scooby Gang”. About the ‘Verse
As much as I loved the TV show, my fan fiction love was All AU’s, All The Time. There’s just so much fun worldbuilding to explore and a wide variety of side characters and innocent bystanders to exploit. So my forays into this fandom are a bit askew.
I’d highly recommend the show (and even the movie that started it all) as a fun way to pass the time. And if the addiction holds, you can segue your marathon into Angel and keep on going! 🙂

This is one of those AUs where I was minding my own business and then turned around to find the fictives had taken over my house. *headdesk* For the moment this AU is only a series drabbles and flash fiction; a story in photographs, as it were.
Set after the season finale, but before the following canon works, this series was written for sunnyd_survivor, but evolved from there. It’s a Xander/Faith roadtrip with a haunted car, crossovers you’ll only catch if you’re looking, and a quest for normality in the Ever Afters.
