Fat pony magnets come in a wide spectrum of colors, but there’s something to be said for a nice solid bay with a tiny touch of chrome!
This little gal has four crisp white socks and a wide blaze. You can tell she’s all curried up for a show– because as any proper pony would tell you, white feet are really meant to be grass green, or mud brown.
The Fat Ponies are hand-cast in resin from a handmade silicone mold of my own sculpture and thus no two will be exactly alike. She has several layers of gloss coating and will stand up to splashes and wiping with a damp cloth… but she probably shouldn’t go for a swim.
Ponies are roughly 2.25 inches from nose to tail and 1.5 inches from hoof to mane. The magnets used are small round ceramic magnets and they are strong enough to hold up paper on a swinging door, but not cardstock.
This little gal was cast from the first generation OOMOO molds with the magnet leveling jig. She has a level magnet and her back is nice and flat, she hardly needed any prepping at all!
