There are points along my timeline, fierce #radiant flares of emotion that anchor me against the tide. Not fixed, nothing’s fixed, but if I smooth the brittle edges of that sorrow, chase faded happiness– I risk undoing everything I am. Won’t not can’t, but all the same.
