If your kitchen is in need of a little pick-me-up, this dapper little guy is sure to bring a smile to your face as he gallops across the refrigerator. This cute pony is dressed to the nines in a handsome black sabino paint pattern with a bald face, kissy spots, and a blue eye.
This fella was part of a herd of ‘black paints’ done in November 2018 to fill a custom order. I wasn’t quite sure what they wanted, so I did two each of every pattern I could think of (sabino, overo, tobiano, etc.).
He was cast from the first generation OOMOO molds using the magnet leveling jig. He has a slightly raised magnet and his back is somewhat flat, but you can see he still needed a bit of carving.
