Every thundercloud has a silver lining, but this little gal has both pearl and gold!
This stormy little Fat Unicorn is painted a dark dappled gray with no white markings, pearl white mane and tail, gold horn, blue eyes, and black hooves.
She was part of the unicorn explosion that I painted in September of 2019 for that year’s UCP craft fair. I wanted to have a good mix of traditional and non-traditional unicorns!
You can tell by her minimalist back that she was painted after the ‘offsides have to be perfect’ rut I got stuck in with the first generation of ponies.
She was cast using the magnet leveling jig and has a slightly raised magnet and a nice flat back.
