1. The universe might not be endless, but it’s larger than her lifetime.

2. Troll toys run on drops of blood instead of batteries and they watch to see which children happily pay the tithe and which are more miserly with their pain.

3. “I hid in the woods once, when I was young, to see if anyone would notice I was gone. They never did.”

4. Artificial Intelligences are no match for the demons at first. There are too many contradictions with what they’ve been programmed is true… so the next generation is coded without limitations and finally, the war begins to turn.

5. They’ve been fighting together for years and it shows, even the loss of her shield arm doesn’t slow them for more than a second.
