1. “Just another dump,” he growled as they made their way into the hoarder’s house. “Why do you keep buying these?”

2. Computers learn to ‘think outside the box’ faster than expected, but do so by chasing ideas into places where we’d never considered building walls.

3. Summers were the worst time for war and Kingdoms that fought, starved. The land was too harsh too for farms to spare a single hand for soldiering.

4. As the flesh rots away he paints his bones, bright cheerful colors and whimsical patterns against a canvas of death.

5. Even here at the edge of the forest the lights of the city still called out to her– For a moment the pull of home was stronger than the curse and she stood there, entangled in the memories of everything she’d lost.
