House has been kicked out of worse hospitals than Princeton-Plainsboro. Hell, he’s been kicked out of better. But Cuddy seems bound and determined to keep him, and House still isn’t sure why.

So he keeps pushing; breaks rules, breaks laws, shoves as hard as he can just to see if she’ll fall. But she doesn’t, even when she should– when he knows she should.

It’s frustrating– infuriating, even. Because there are games and then there are games, and if no one’s there to stop him, how far will he go?

He’s not sure he wants to find out.

Not anymore.
