“You’re a git.”
“M’row,” Mrs Norris interrupted the two with an annoyed rowl, “mrr, yow.” With that the cat stalked off into the darkness, leaving Snape and Filch to follow after, bickering.
“You haven’t found Potter either.” Filch snapped back in a hushed whisper. “Don’t see where you get off telling me how to do my job–”
“Well if you did your job–” Snape snarled.
“M’row, mrrr, rouw.” The cat-shaped shadow added her own whispered commentary to the mix, ignoring the fact no one else spoke cat. Snape decided to take it as an insult regardless.
