1. Kings die just as easily as other men.

2. It’s not quite a mirror universe, up isn’t down, dark isn’t light– but heat is cold and there’s something inherently unnerving about flames that freeze things into ash.

3. Acceptable risk is for other people and he’s quite proud of the life he’s carved for himself outside of actuary tables and whims of fate.

4. News stories say you should surround yourselves with friends who fit the person you want to be, not the person you are– only those people aren’t quite as fond of me as I am of them.

5. Neverland is an empty hollow place, paused between one heartbeat and the next– awaiting Pan’s return.
