Yet another refuge from the 2005 body box, Cliff (or Cliffina) has joined the ranks of the doodle ponies! Like any good set of important note, the pen I was using died halfway through…

Cliff’s doodle pattern was based on a tobiano, but when the blue Sharpie bit the dust things got a little more creative. The gloss coat also added to the mess, since it faded out some of the blue markings.

I went back over the faintest markings with the purple, as well as adding in the last few lines to bring definition to the pattern. I was trying not to add too much purple– hence the partial leg doodles.

I still think he looks pretty darned nifty and the little guy certainly thinks he’s the best study guide a shelf-herd could have!

Seams and logo have been removed, ears do not appear to be carved, but the raised hoof has the hints of a frog and hoofwall (I was not the best hoof carver in 2005, alas).
