I was waffling for a bit on what to do for my first Camp NaNoWriMo of the year. I’m more of a pantser than a planner, but after making a rough outline of what I wanted to accomplish vs. the free time I actually had– I had to thrown in the towel and embrace my inner rebel.
A proper novel will have to wait for July camp when I have a bit more free time. Thus the book I am writing for April Camp is ‘How I Wrote a Novel for April Camp.’

This little guy is pulling off the impossible– strutting through the mud without picking up dirt! …but only because I ran out of train grass. *sighs*

This little gal has been waiting far too long in the 2005-era body box and I figure it was time to finally finish her up! (Plus I realized I hadn’t painted a non-Fantasy horse in quite some time and maybe I should break that habit.)
Sandman (or Sandlady?) is a semi-smutty buckskin that is based very loosely on some dark-faced horses I saw while roaming Google. She’s got a long wide blaze, a snip of white on her front right leg and enough attitude to liven any shelf herd! And I’m totally not saying that just because I’m addicted to the G2 ASB. Nopenopenope.
