August Camp NaNoWriMo – Day 1

Posted on August 1, 2012April 12, 2021 by Martha Bechtel
Rainy Maine Days

It’s a windy rainy day in Maine, which is the perfect weather for writing next to a fire.

As I have both a fire and a laptop, this works out rather well… although the laptop seems less enthralled by the heat than I am.

I may swap to a pen and paper. Hmm…

But the first of the old NaNoWriMo‘s that I’m going to work on is the one from last July’s Camp: That Don’t Impress Me Much.

I have, I hope, fixed some of the plot holes, but I’m still chewing on the Big Bad’s motivation. I’ll see if I can’t get a picture of my index card plotting later today (once there’s more of it) to give folks an idea of how I revise/write/etc.

Now to battle! 😀
