Indigo Thunder

Indigo Thunder

As I got towards the end of my customizing run I started focusing more on the solid colors. There’s something challenging about trying to make a ‘plain’ colored horse look good, versus just upping the chrome factor.

Flash is easy to come by, subtlety not-so-much.

The Dioxazine Purple has always been a pain in the tuchus to photograph, but it’s such a lovely color in person. (At some point I’m going to have to sit down and figure out how to fiddle with the photos until they match reality.) So you’ll have to squint a bit and imagine this little guy in a rich deep purple.

I believe he was sold as a pair with Purple Rain, but I’m not sure…
