This little gal was a favor for a friend and was in need of a little TLC when I got her. I think she turned out pretty well considering that I hadn’t done a lot of sculpting at the time. Plus I was finally cresting the learning curve with basic paint jobs, so that side of the equation came out well.

She was my first (and so far, only) leg repair on a stablemate and as you can tell, my technique needs a little work. I think I might have had better luck if I was using a better epoxy, but the fix did turn out nice and solid. I wish I had been at the skill level where I could have fixed the deformation to her neck as well, but alas.

Thankfully my friend was happy with the end result, which once again proves I’m always my own worst critic.
