While I remember painting this guy in the midst of a ‘must paint ponies!’ tangent, I don’t remember much about him other than that. He was painted towards the end of my run as a small business and thus benefits from good photos and pastel shadings.

Still, he’s a cute little fella! I was still fighting with the whiteout from the camera flash, so his coloring wasn’t quite as bright (or washed out) as it appears in the photos. I had actually gotten pretty good at shading by this point (although the tricolor eyes could have used some work), so he’s one of the ones I’m rather proud of. I never made it up the learning to curve to proper Live Show Quality (LSQ), but I’d like to think this guy is out there happily decorating someone’s shelves.
