In Dreams of Ragnarok…

  • Post category:Writing

At lunch I let the Muses roam where they would for Fenrith Lei (magic, magic do what you will?) and ended up writing 332 words of the final scenes. The fictives have been nagging at me for the past few days to be allowed to jump ahead and I couldn’t figure out why.

And now… everything makes sense.

I know how everything got to where it was at the beginning of the story.
I know how everything will be when it ends.
I know why Moonstar has no horn and the Clockwork Sorcerer has no heart.
I know where the keystone came from and how Cat ended up on the wrong side of the gate.
And I know how it ends.
I’ve seen it.

Woo Ha! I managed to tediously print out all the story so far. I lost some words here and there because some pages wouldn’t print all the way to the right margin. I may start reading it to my fifth grade advisory class. Would you like feed back? I’m thriled you are approaching the end.You go Girl!

*laughs* I just got done reformatting it so it was all one big file! ^_~ *grin* Ah well, I’ll send that on tonight anyways. Many many pages of rough draft goodness! ^_~

And you are more than welcome to share, just remind everyone that this is the first draft and therefore needs some work! *grin*

And I know how it ends.
    I’ve seen it.

Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies. Rivers and seas boiling. Forty years of darkness. Earthquakes, volcanoes… The dead rising from the grave. Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together – mass hysteria.
