South of the Moon and East of the Sea, North of the Shadows is where I will be. Clark paused for a moment, reveling in the fact that such a fairy tale location could actually exist.
True, the moon was merely a chunk of rock barely large enough to qualify for the honorary title, trapped in a geostationary orbit above the planet, but it was enough. Here he was, a few clicks south of the hanging moon, east of the shallow seas and just north of the lands trapped in the planet’s yearly night cycle.
Sadly, he had yet to see even the hint of a dragon…
